Wai Aloha Rates

Base Rate: $310.00 2024

Off-Season Rate: May – June 15 & September – $275.00

Holiday Rate: December 18 – March 4 – $325.00

Here's a simple breakdown of our fees:

  • Cleaning Fee: A one-time charge of $230.00 ensures your accommodation is spotless upon arrival.

  • Taxes: A rate of 17.962% is applied to your booking, in line with local regulations.

  • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $300.00, safeguarding against any incidental damages.

For your convenience, payment is split into two easy stages:

  • Initial Payment: 50% of your total (excluding the Security Deposit) is due at the time of booking.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50%, along with the Security Deposit, is due 45 days before your arrival.

Flexible Cancellation Policy & Rate Details

Rates

  • Base Rate: $310.00 per night, excluding holiday and winter seasons.

  • Stay More, Save More: Enjoy a 1.1% discount on 7-day stays and a 3% discount on monthly bookings.

  • Minimum Stay: A minimum of four nights is required for a booking.

  • Additional Guest Fee: For the 5th guest, an additional charge of $25 is applied.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancel up to 60 days before check-in and receive a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund.

  • Less than 14 Days: Please note cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
