50%, excluding Security Deposit, is due on booking.
The remaining 50%, plus the Security Deposit, is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Travelrs who cancel 60 days before check-in will get 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get 50% back. Otherwise, there will not be any refunds.
Our base rate is $275.00 per night and does not include holidays or winter rates. We offer a discount of 1.1% for 7 day stay and 3% on monthly bookings.
There is a 4 night minimum stay.
A $25 additional charge is assessed for the 5th guest.
